For more than 15 years, I’ve had the gift of walking with individuals and families through some of life’s hardest seasons—whether it’s facing a new diagnosis, navigating the complexities of chronic disease or dementia's, or preparing for the end of life. I know it takes courage everyday to face illness, caregiving, loss and death.

On Your Terms exists because I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported—especially when life feels overwhelming. I’ve been at the bedside, helped families make impossible choices, and watched firsthand how powerful it is when people feel informed and cared for. OYT is rooted in connection and care.

This work isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’m here to listen without judgment, offer clear options, and be a steady presence when you need it most. This is my true passion and life’s work, and I feel it is my divine purpose to be in this important space.
