Providing navigation of the hospice and palliative care experience, lifestyle/home modifications for end-of-life, legacy planning, funeral planning and wishes for end-of-life facilitation, provide family and legal resources, will work in tandem with hospice team for most effective comfort plan, POLST/POST orders coordination, DNR/DNI, help facilitate creation of clarity, meaningful connection, and closure
A range of services- people with little to no support who need assistance with appointments, pre/post-surgery, transportation to/from, medication pick up, aftercare drop in's, etc.. If terminally ill, a solo ager might need assistance on many different levels. This is flexible care and help when a patient is in need in a more short-term time frame. This focused assistance is provided in person, bedside and separate of the home health team.

While not providing legal advice, OYT can open conversations about care planning and end of life wishes helping individuals and their families understand options, ensure proper documentation and guide through the process to the right legal sources. Notary services will be offered in mid 2025.

As nurse for 15 years, I am an expert clinical educator, care navigator and patient advocate. My experience includes medical/surgical nursing, clinical research nursing, hospice/palliative care nursing and clinical education for chronic and terminal disease management. I hold specialty nursing certifications in hospice, neurology, immunology, patient advocacy, pharmaceutical access, and dementia care. I am a certified end-of-life facilitator, integrative nurse coach and consultant. Additionally, I work with solo agers, in elder care and with pet needs/ loss. Anyone who works on or with the OYT team is a registered nurse with background in specialized care and end of life. We can provide references upon request.

No-OYT does not accept insurance plans. We do offer non-profit services to those who qualify through our Benevolence Initiative. We also can arrange payment plans and work with you on services. Contact us for more detail. Note: check with your FSA or HSA to see if you can be covered for personal reimbursement for doula services.
There is an umbrella of special services offered by OYT. Fees range from $50- $2700 depending on service provided, time involved, travel and duration of services. Custom packages based on specific client needs which outline services, time and phone calls are available. Hourly rates start at $50 and we offer clients a free discovery call to see if we meet your needs. Any travel time and accommodations incur additional charges. We accept Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, cash and cashier's checks.
The Benevolence Initiative (TBI) is an extension of our business and is a 501c3 non-profit with the goal to be able to serve those in need regardless of ability to pay. This is a new funding option as of 2025. Clients need to apply and will need to qualify in order to receive complimentary services.
